The culinary skills of the restaurant sieghard have been recognized by restaurant guides for more than 15 years now. Our strengths are exclusively natural, top quality products that are as fresh as possible, delicate sensitivity, much creativity, as well as the joy and commitment in our cooking necessary to set it above the average. The cooking of the restaurant sieghard is genuine and authentic. No artificial flavors are used. The taste of everything we serve reflects true respect for the gifts of nature. Cooking begins with the selection of ingredients, and with the knowledge of the quality and origin of these ingredients. In Restaurant Sieghard you will find only the best ingredients, which are then raised to a new level, either in traditional or more modern recipes, resulting in a truly unique, delicious composition. Occupying a place on the menu of our restaurant are grandmother's hearty, classic dishes as well as light and delicate, modern gourmet cuisine. Chef Markus Pichler is always renewing is cooking and you will taste it. 

Openings times

Our restaurant is open in the evenings except for Monday and additionally on Sunday at lunchtime.

Kitchen hours: 6:00 to 10:00 pm (except Monday) and on Sundays also from 12:00 to 1:30 pm
